BabyCalm Classes

In the early days of my first baby I can remember being confused about what I was ‘supposed’ to do.  I had a rocky first week and then made a decision to listen to Megan and my instincts – a decision I am so pleased I made as I was happier and calmer and so was she.  However, this was a decision that provoked many comments like ‘making a rod for your own back!’, ‘you’re spoiling her’, ‘she’ll never be able to leave you – she’ll be too clingy’ etc etc.  Needless to say all my children are happy and confident and the people who make those comments commend us on our children!  I was so pleased to find BabyCalm which uses the same techniques we did and jumped at the chance of becoming a BabyCalm teacher to help encourage women that it’s ok to not follow a manual!  (Erika)

BabyCalm™ helps new parents understand how to calm their baby’s crying, avoid colic and aid restful sleep; turning crying babies and stressed parents into calmer babies and happier parents!

Unlike the majority of other parenting books BabyCalm™ techniques are research and evidence based.  They also empower you to work in harmony with your baby.

Classes for Mums and babies up to 20 weeks old.  Teaching baby calming techniques, dealing with colic and crying, meeting with other Mums and baby touch therapy.  These classes give you the time to relax and concentrate on your baby and you.

BabyCalm™ Antenatal workshops prepare you with baby calming techniques before your baby arrives.  These are ideal for couples where you can both learn ot understand your baby and become equipped with techniques to reduce crying and colic symptoms.

Colic and Crying workshops are ideal if you are needing support once your baby is here.  I can come to your home and share with you baby calming techniques if you are needing support.
